EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TASK | ADMIN WORK
Duties and Task
● Coordinate meetings
● Assist the CEO in collecting and distributing necessary reports and information
● Take notes at meetings, circulate them, and email them out to the organization.
● Develop the monthly agenda for investor updates
● Generate reports
● Update reports
● Onboard and prepare new personnel for their new positions
● Create and update process manuals
● Respond to emails
● Follow-up with important individuals and potential clients or partners
● Draft and send correspondence as necessary
● Schedule communication and meetings for the CEO.
● Ensure that the CEO has all the information for all meetings.
● Perform research on individuals and businesses for upcoming meetings
● Send invoices and follow up until payment is received
● Review and edit documents for grammatical errors (proofing)
● Manage inventory and process orders
● Research suppliers and manufacturers
● Create shipping labels
● Respond appropriately or forward the communication to the appropriate staff.
● Take meeting arrangements: book appointments, reservations, travel, etc.
● Send out the executive meeting agenda in advance of each meeting.
